Salary Range: £13.00-£15.00 an hour, initial 6 month contract
Hours of Work: Flexible part time, 75 hours per month

As The IT Project Coordinator you will play a vital role in implementing our new CharityLog Software system allowing us to better handle referrals and report to our funders.
- To design and propose a detailed project plan for the implementation of Charitylog;
- To work with colleagues across both sites to deliver the project plan, identifying and monitoring resources against each piece of work and supporting prioritisation and investment decisions accordingly;
- To provide operational and practical support to the delivery of Charitylog project for Sight Concern, acting as a point of contact internally and externally as appropriate;
- To review reporting requirements (both internal and external) and construct suitable outputs to meet these needs and relevant governance procedures;
- To build and maintain effective communication links with key personnel in partner organisations;
- To report regularly to the Chief Executive Officer on project progress and prepare formal briefings for the Chief Executive and Board as required.
As IT Project Coordinator you would be part of a small friendly team working together to during a period of positive change. The role is varied and constantly evolving and will benefit from a flexible and dynamic approach.
Our ideal candidate would have strong IT skills including design, testing, implementation and training. Experience of working within a health and social care setting would be ideal. Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people will be essential. The post will be subject to advance DBS clearance.
