East Bedford Drop-in Coffee Mornings

  • When: Usually the first Thursday of each month, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
  • Where: Christ the King Church Hall, Harrowden Road, Bedford, MK42 0SP

Join us for a coffee morning hosted by the East Bedford Primary Care Network. Our Visually Impaired Champion, George, will be there alongside many other local support organisations.

Bedford Big Disability Expo (part of Bedford Disability Awareness Week)

  • When: Thursday 18th September, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
  • Where: The Harpur Suite, 3 Harpur Street, Bedford MK40 1LE

Join us to explore what it is to be disabled in 2025. Come and share your views and experiences. There will be discussions; a chance to have a go at arts and crafts; and local organisations will be there to provide advice and information on their services.

Healthwatch Central Bedfordshire's Festival for Older People in Flitwick

Come along to see us and a wide range of information stands on local Health and Wellbeing, Social Care and Housing services.

Free hand massage and blood pressure check. Purchase locally made goods. Live entertainment. Free refreshments and on-site parking.

Bedford Ageing Well Festival and Exhibition for the over 50's

  • When: Wednesday 8th October, 10:00 am – 2:30 pm
  • Where: Bedford Corn Exchange, St. Paul's Square, Bedford MK40 1SL

Come along to see us and a wide range of information stands on Health and Wellbeing, Care, Benefits, Sport and Leisure. Take part in taster sessions such as yoga and chair-based exercise. Get a health check, hand massage and energy saving products. Free refreshments available.
