East Bedford Drop-in Coffee Mornings

  • When: Usually the first Thursday of each month, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
  • Where: Christ the King Church Hall, Harrowden Road, Bedford, MK42 0SP

Join us for a coffee morning hosted by the East Bedford Primary Care Network. Our Visually Impaired Champion, George, will be there alongside many other local support organisations.

Check-in and Chat on World Stroke Day in Luton

  • When: Wednesday 29th Octover, 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
  • Where: Denbigh High School, Alexandra Avenue, Luton LU3 1HE

Join your local healthcare providers and community services, including Sight Concern, and enjoy a cuppa this World Stroke Day. Event organised by the Stroke Association along with Luton Primary Care Networks.

This is a free event for those who are at risk and/or have suffered a stroke. Ask questions, meet local teams and gain information. Translation services available.

Bedford's Harpur Shopping Centre for Purple Tuesday

Come along to see us in the middle of the Harpur Centre where we can provide advice and information about living with sight loss including demonstrating living aids and free assistive smartphone technology.

Vision Zone 2026 Events with Optelec

Explore specialist low vision equipment from Optelec and meet Sight Concern for advice and support. There will also be stands from other organisations at each event - watch this space for updates
